Initial behaviour consultations last for approximately 1.5 – 2 hours and during this time a full history of your dog will be taken, in order to help assist and diagnose any problems that you are experiencing.
All behaviour cases are taken with veterinary referral to eliminate the possibility of medical issues.
Prior to the consultation a client questionnaire will be sent out, which you are required to fill in to the best of your knowledge.
On going support is also available in the form of handouts, links and behaviour plans, as well as follow-up consultations, telephone calls and e-mails.
A full, comprehensive report will be sent to you, and a copy will also be sent to your veterinarian (unless otherwise stated).
We are fortunate enough to have a small holding in Kent which provides the ideal setting for dog training and behaviour sessions, introducing the dog to a wide variety of situations and other animals, as required. However, if appropriate, all types of sessions can take place at your home or problem areas.
All behaviour consultations are carried out by qualified behaviourists Lorraine Godfrey and Sue Lefevre. We have found it hugely beneficial to work together on behaviour cases.
